Expect the Unexpected this summer at the Library! Sign up, read or listen to books, and enter your opinions online for the chance to earn prizes, books, and raffles. Check the links to the left for details.

For each book you read and review on our Expect the Unexpected web page, you’ll receive a raffle ticket. The more you read, the better your chance of winning one of our cool raffle prizes--a beach chair, movie tickets, and an iTunes gift card.

But if that’s all you are expecting from a summer reading club, expect more!

If you can't get enough of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series, come to our Twilight Vampire party. (You can place a reserve on the newest book, Breaking Dawn, through the library’s online catalog now!)

Paint a T-shirt with your own design.

Attend a writing workshop.

Play a strategy game, like Scrabble, Othello, Mancala, or chess.

Come to a meeting of our chess, manga, anime, and newsletter clubs.
