This is a really good book! I really liked how the author expressed her feelings. In this book, Grace(the author) tries to “find yourself” because her mother told her that it was the year of the dog and that the year of the dog was a year to find yourself and make friends. It was also about family. So, throughout the story, Grace tries to find herself and she makes friends with another asian girl.
