The sixth book gets intense with the introduction of a new character- Dylan, who is supposed to be Max's perfect match. will Max choose Dylan instead of Fang?

Definitely not one of her best. The novel seemed to progress very slowly, and although it was a good enough book, I almost feel as if the author is getting into a rut with recurring themes. Consistent readers may be disappointed with this one, and I'd most likely suggest a different book from the author over this particular novel.

A riveting read! The action escalates big time in the fifth book of the Maximum Ride series!

Music (punk-rock & classical!) first love, loss, death, courage and hope all made this a book I couldn't stop reading. After a horrendous accident, Mia lies in the IC unit, balancing between life and death. Meanwhile, in a sort of out-of -body observation, we learn what's happening around her and why the title is If I Stay.

The second book of the Maximum Ride series is just as captivating as the first! A must-read! (After you read the first book of course!)

This book was hysterical--really gets into the head of a slightly clueless adolescent boy... Does have some references to alcohol, sex, etc., but can't imagine a teen boy by the age of 16 who wouldn't know most of this already. Carter's dating advice from his sister should be given to all teen boys once they are ready to date--priceless!

This book will hook you because you know it happens and everything rings raw and true. It's a book about secrets, domestic violence, making really tough choices, learning to trust, and untimately finding your own way forward. Jace Witherspoon has been kicked out of the house by his father, a respected judge with a terrible history of abusing his wife and sons. Christian, the oldest brother, left the family 5 years earlier. Now Jace has to find him and start a new life.
