Author

Review
Set in the years before World War II, the Lord of the Flies tells the tale of a group of British school-boys stranded on an island after their plane crashed going on a field trip. At first, the knowledge of no adults excites the boys and life on the tropical heaven are spent blissfully. But as fear falls upon them and order begins to crumble, the line between fantasy and realism blurs, until the idea of rescue and return are replaced with the question of survival.
