My Life as a Stuntboy
Author
Janet Tashjian
Review
It reminds me of Diary of a Whimpy Kid with more humor and more regard for people. Lessons are learned and mistakes made. But I tell you it is rolling on the floor hilarious. My brothers were bending over with laughter at some of his side comments or observations on life. It keeps the line of truth and fiction and misunderstanding in perfect balance for humor and fun.

He is a boy in every sense of the word. This boy has some great things going for him...bravery, humor, and wiles. He is a go for it type of kids. Unfortunately everything that pops into ones head shouldn't be gone for. Well this is the story about a boy who basically allows that to happen and I would recommend it if you want a bit of a humorous uplift to your day.

The Templeton Twins: Have an Idea, Book 1
Author
Ellis Weiner
Review
Great I can't wait for the next book. It starts of with the intelligent yet humorous feel of the Mysterious Benedict Society. It had me and my brothers laughing aloud. It was supposed to be a calming before sleep book but it kept us up talking about what was going to happen and try to solve the puzzles.

The twins of course are brilliant in their own ways. How could they be anything but with such genius for a father. Any word or phrase you start to question is of course condescendingly explained by the author. The very fact it is an advanced readers copy with "incomplete" art and occasional mistakes in the writing endears it ever more into our hearts and sparks the interest for more. I hope the second book comes out soon!

The Amazing Adventures of Nate Banks Identity Crisis
Author
Jake Bell
Review
When you become a superhero sidekick how does that impact your life? How does knowing a superhero change you. Nate's innate love of superheroes allows him to be in the right place at the right time to help form another great superhero and enter into the adventure himself.

Surprisingly good. It is written like a comic book without the pictures. It has the feel of a quick read even with the occasional long word. A great bridge for the comic lover into the book world.
